Shipping Policy
LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is offered from our address in Cranbourne. This option is free and can be selected at checkout. Please keep in mind that orders take typically 2-4 business days to be processed before collection. Rush orders can be processed if you contact us prior to placing your order.
Please do not select Local Pickup if you do not plan on collecting your order. An invoice for postage will be provided for those who do not collect or plan to collect their items.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped with Australia Post and a tracking number is issued. You must provide a secure address as the courier will safe drop your parcel if you are not at home.
Currently shipping is available for Australia only.
Shipping charge is based on weight and is calculated into two categories:

*Australia Post guide for delivery is subject to change unexpectedly and without notice. Please order ahead of time during busy periods such as public holidays and in the lead up to Christmas.
Shipping is free on all orders over $100!
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2-4 business days of being received (Monday to Friday) and sent from Cranbourne, VIC 3977. After this processing time, any queries regarding arrival should be directed to Australia Post. Once you are provided with a tracking number, it is out of our hands.
During busy periods, please order ahead of time if needed for a special occasion.
Selecting Express Post at checkout will not speed up order processing time
What do I do if I enter the wrong address?
If you enter the wrong address, please contact us ASAP. If you have not received shipping confirmation yet, we can easily change your address.
If you have received your shipment email, a change of address can be lodged with Australia Post and the parcel may be able to be diverted. If this is not possible the package may be returned to sender. Once we have received the package, an invoice will be issued with the new postage fee to be paid before package is re-sent. If you do not wish to pay this - a refund will be processed less the shipping fee (RRP of items only).
What if my parcel is sent back to Kayla's Candle Co?
If your parcel has not been collected from your local post office within 10 business days, or you provide an impartial or incorrect address, you will be charged the cost of the parcel being returned to us and also the cost of re-shipping. As a small business, we are charged for an item to be returned to sender. We will not cover costs associated with this due to parcels not being picked up.
