LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is offered from our address in Cranbourne. This option is free and can be selected at checkout. Please keep in mind that orders take typically 2-4 business days (Monday to Friday) to be processed before collection. Rush orders can be processed if you contact us prior to placing your order.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped with Australia Post and a tracking number is issued. You must provide a secure address as the courier will safe drop your parcel if you are not at home.
Currently shipping is available for Australia only.
Shipping charge is based on weight and is calculated into two categories:

Shipping is free on all orders over $80!
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2-4 business days of being received (Monday to Friday) and sent from Cranbourne, VIC 3977. After this processing time, any queries regarding arrival should be directed to Australia Post. Once you are provided with a tracking number, it is out of our hands.
During busy periods, please order ahead of time if needed for a special occasion.
What do I do if I enter the wrong address?
If you enter the wrong address, please contact us ASAP. If you have not received shipping confirmation yet, we can easily change your address.
If you have received your shipment email, a $12 ‘return to sender’ fee and further $6 postage fee will be charged. Orders can not be refunded once the initial tracking number has been received.
